announcing the wondrous arrival of our daughter, a gift from God through her birth mother and father. Jaylee was born at 2:45pm on 3/21/09. she weighed 8lbs and 20 1/4 inches long. she has gorgeous strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes. everyone involved is so proud of her and loves her so much.
please understand, we'd love to share so much more of Jaylee's delivery story and background. due to the sensitive nature of adoption and our deep respect for her birth parents these are the only pictures were going to post. this is such a beautiful sacrifice on behalf of her birth parents. wow, we are so grateful and love you so much.

i'm marie's aunt...and yes, a lurker (averting eyes). hey...i'm glad i am because now i can say a hearty "congratulations on your newest blessing!" as an adoptive mother myself, who works weekly with pregnant women, i am thrilled for your family and your precious daughter who is now a part of it. Oh! I just read Marie's second comment and had to say a hearty "thank you for the leg warmers!" It makes me smile to think that Ainsley and Jaylee Ann will be wearing them too! And I can't wait for our girls to get together!
